Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to confirm and reserve your booking. All bookings are final. Once your reservation has been confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. Please arrive on time. We are unable to adjust or extend your reserved time slot, so we recommend arriving a little early. Court rental includes up to 8 players only. Additional players will be charged ₱100 per person. Open Play sessions are not allowed without prior approval from management. If an unauthorized Open Play is conducted, a fee of ₱200 per player will apply. Please note that we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes to your booking time. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep our schedule fair for all guests. Traffic and parking in Antipolo can be unpredictable, so we recommend allowing at least 1 hour of travel time to ensure you arrive on schedule. Since bookings are scheduled back-to-back, we are unable to extend or adjust reserved time slots. By clicking or tapping "Book Now," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our booking policies. IMPORTANT: This booking form is simply a REQUEST to book, we will need to verify your payment before we can APPROVE it. Submitting your booking request does NOT automatically guarantee your slot.
